Heinz Tomato Ketchup |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) |
Heinz Chili Sauce, Chunky with Sweet Peppers |

| 3/4 cup (175 mL) |

| Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C). Flatten chicken with a mallet until uniform thickness. Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet set over medium-high heat; brown chicken on both sides. |

| Stir ketchup with chili sauce, chilies and green onion; spoon over chicken. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven. |

| Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander. Makes 4 servings. |
