| Combine the ketchup with the maple syrup, cinnamon, thyme, hot pepper sauce, cumin, coriander and garlic in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce is very thick. Cool completely; stir in onions. Preheat the grill to medium-high and grease lightly. |
